We are looking for a dynamic, energetic candidate for the position of Operations Manager to oversee our Lube & Coolant Management sites pan India.
The candidate should be an engineer with relevant experience of use/application/testing of Lubricants, Hydraulic Oil, Gear Oil, Coolants, Cutting Oils etc.

Site Engineers / Graduate Engineer Trainees (Male / Female) required for our Lube & Coolant management sites in India. The candidate should be a Diploma / Degree Engineer (mechanical / production / industrial / chemical).
Experience is not necessary, but preference would be given to candidates with 1-2 years of industrial experience. Basic knowledge of computer (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint) is required. Basic proficiency in local language is expected.
The selected candidates will go through a training / orientation at one of our sites and upon completion expected to lead a team of 10-50 supervisors and workmen. The job also involves interacting with the senior officers of the stationed company.

We are looking for experienced lubrication engineers / science graduates having experience in the field of lubricants, lubrication & reliability. Relevant industry experience of 3-5 years is essential.
Responsibilities would include conducting Lube Audits, Lubrication Program Development at customer sites. The assignment may also include content writing for industry specific trainings on machinery lubrication & reliability.
